The right to vote in the United States is reserved for citizens of the United States.
The SAVE America Act; the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, simply requires proof of U.S. citizenship and photo ID when registering to vote in federal elections. It has already passed the House.
Now the Senate must do its constitutional duty.
We respectfully call on John Thune, as Senate Majority Leader, to bring the SAVE America Act to the floor for open debate and a recorded vote.
Leadership means allowing the legislative process to function.
The American people deserve transparency, not delay.
We Also Urge Support From:
We ask them to stand publicly in support of the SAVE America Act and vote YES.
This is not about party politics.
It is about constitutional order.
Article I gives Congress authority over federal elections.
With that authority comes responsibility.
Only citizens should vote and should produce photo ID in federal elections.
That principle should not be controversial.

⚖️ What’s at Stake
In 1948, Congress passed the U.S. Information and Educational Exchange Act (Smith–Mundt Act) to promote truth abroad and protect Americans from government propaganda at home.
But in 2012, the Smith–Mundt Modernization Act quietly removed those safeguards—allowing taxpayer-funded government messaging meant for foreign audiences to legally reach you.
Now, H.R. 5704 (119th Congress) seeks to restore the original intent of the 1948 law and ban propaganda targeting the American people.

⚠️ The Issue
America’s legal system is built on our Constitution, not foreign or religious law.
Sharia Law, when applied in civil or criminal cases, directly conflicts with fundamental rights protected under U.S. law, including freedom of speech, religion, women’s equality, and due process.
Two new federal bills take action to ensure that no foreign or religious law, including Sharia, can override or influence American law:
Together, these bills:
✅ Ban any U.S. court or contract from enforcing Sharia or any foreign law that violates the Constitution
✅ Block entry or benefits for foreign nationals who advocate or adhere to Sharia in a way incompatible with American law
✅ Reaffirm that equal justice under law and individual freedom are the foundation of our Republic

America’s Law. America’s Freedom.
Our Constitution must remain the only law that governs the United States.
Stand up. Speak out. Protect your country.
It’s time to cut off every U.S. taxpayer dollar that empowers the Taliban.
For far too long, loopholes, back-channel aid, and failed oversight have allowed the Taliban to benefit, directly or indirectly, from U.S. funds. The Biden Administration’s chaotic withdrawal created a power vacuum, abandoned billions in U.S. assets, and opened the door for the Taliban to seize resources meant for the Afghan people.
Now, Congress has an opportunity, and responsibility, to fix it.
This bill is simple:
No more money. No more excuses. No more support for terrorists.
America must lead with strength, not subsidize our enemies.
Tell them:
Support and co-sponsor H.R. 260, the Defund the Taliban Act. Do NOT allow any U.S. funds to reach the Taliban, directly or indirectly. America’s safety and credibility depend on it.
Tell them:
Back companion legislation to H.R. 260 and vote to cut off all funds that benefit the Taliban. Stand with the American people, NOT a terrorist regime.
